Like every aspiring designer (read “wannabe”) one must have a business card to hand out. So a couple of weeks ago, I decided to get some of my business card design printed. Self print that is. I wanted to try and see the outcome myself before I go out and bought a whole bundle of professionally printed one. Not the best choice, but I think the print quality itself isn’t that bad. Although one of my set of cards are turning yellow for some reason (used to be gray). Not that big of a deal, but I’ve never seen anything like that happen before, so it was interesting. Popularity: 62% [?]

To tell you the truth, I wasn’t very satisfied with the current design I’ve set up a couple month ago. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve learned a lot, and It was good practice. But I think it’s a bit cramped and constricted.

Unlike this version, the new theme won’t be as 800×600 friendly. But I think it’ll be ok because more and more designer have stopped using that as the standard and moved on to 1024×798 as the screen size to design around. So here’s to a lot more cans of hydration and snacks to get me through the coding.
